Give the Gift of Protected Public Lands

This holiday season, we have a gift for everyone on your list. Give the gift of protected public lands.

Whether you live here or love to visit, southwest Montana’s Madison and Gallatin ranges are uniquely spectacular. Home to a host of iconic wildlife, the headwaters of significant river systems, and world-class recreation opportunities, there aren’t many places like this left on Earth.

As more and more people move to the communities surrounding these ranges – often drawn by unmatched access to public lands – this wild landscape is experiencing unprecedented use.

Montana is changing fast, and these ranges are under threat. While the Madison and Gallatin ranges have some protections under the current Forest Service Management Plan, these protections are not permanent. We need a solution to forever protect these lands for all of us.

This year, help make history protecting 250,000 acres in the Madison and Gallatin mountain ranges, and the resources, activities, and freedoms they provide by endorsing the Greater Yellowstone Conservation and Recreation Act.

By endorsing the act, we are one step closer to forever protecting these lands for all of us, and for future generations to enjoy as we do today.

Hear from folks in the community about why they support the Greater Yellowstone Conservation and Recreation Act.

Whether it’s your mountain-biking best friend, hunting partner, wildlife-watching relative, camp-loving kiddo, or fly-fishing phenom, consider giving them the gift of public lands this holiday season by supporting the Greater Yellowstone Conservation and Recreation Act.

Happy Holidays!
